The Adriatic Skipper Association is a professional association that assembles skippers and mates, as well as other crew members such as engineers, hostesses and cooks.

ASA is also a non-for-profit organisation that is open to all people that see their interest in becoming an ASA member.

Since it was founded in 2001, more than hundred professional seafarers became members of Adriatic Skipper Association.
